Ode to Kate:

This is Kate. Kate is zooming down the stairs. She can do that because she is a superhero, and she rocks more than anyone I know, at this particular moment in time. Kate gets an ode because she bought me chocolate and made me feel better. You should all learn from her example, for several reasons. #1. You get a nice and polite, sedated Rae.You don't get bitten, or growled at, or harrassed. #2. You get a a big hug. #3. You feel satisfied that you have done a good deed and saved the world from a bitchy Rae.
